| Booking: |
| - For advance booking of any programme, a 50% deposit has to be made to Chakra Divers Pondy at the time of initial booking. |
| - To confirm the booking a 100% final payment has to be made to Chakra Divers Pondy, 7 days before the start of your programme. Your booking will not be confirmed if we don’t receive the full payment 7 days before the start of your programme. |
| Refunds: |
| - If you cancel your booking 72hrs before the start of your programme, you will get a 100% refund of your booking amount. |
| - If you cancel your booking anytime between 72hrs to start of your programme we will not be issuing any refunds of your booking amount. |
| - You can reschedule your booking only once, between 72hrs to start of your programme, based on the availability of a dive slot for a later date. However, you can either reschedule or cancel but not both. |
| - If a manual/E-Learning code is issued against the booking, that amount will be deducted from any refund if the booking is cancelled by you or us. |
| - No refunds will be issued if you arrive late or don't show up on time on your programme days. |
| - If you show up hungover/ dehydrated/ under the influence of alcohol or any other substances you will not be allowed to dive in the ocean/pool and there will be no refunds issued. |
| - If we cancel your dive due to logistics/ Act of God/ any other conditions we will issue you a full refund for Scuba Discovery and Fun Diving. |
NOTE: All refunds will be done within 72 hours after cancellation.
